OK, this is over-the-top ADORABLE!!!! The coloring is amazing, the stamp is one I have not seen (Yes, I love Penny Black too ~~ we have the same tastes!) ~~ everything about this card is perfect!! And I forgot to mention before that your banner is just too cute!!! Very creative!!!
